NB! We follow all the guidelines and requirements of the European Health Agency and the Health Board.

The maximum number of participants is about 110. We reserve the right to stop the registration of women/men and participants from some countries to maintain a gender-balance and balance between countries.
ALL single followers are placed on a waiting list until the moment we can create a couple.
To ensure good dancing level we may also put some couples and single men in the waiting list.
Most probably we will not be able to respond favorably to all registrations because of the limitation of available places.
Please note that this event is only for close-embrace (no nuevo and open-embrace is welcomed).

If the situation in the world does not allow us to organize our encuentro, you will be refunded in full.

MILONGA PASS 115 € includes:

* Entrance in the encuentro’s 5 milongas from December 30th, 2021 to January 1st, 2023.
* Water, light snacks during the milongas
* Excursion on Friday in the Old Town of Tallinn

Entrance to the pre- and after-party milongas ARE NOT INCLUDED!

FESTIVE DINNER on December 31st, Restaurant Olde Hansa 36 € (alcoholic beverages not included!).
NB! Participans of the event of last year! During the dinner the musicians play medieval music and introduce the instruments of that time. Festive dinner menu.

To register to the encuentro, please complete the following form. After sending the questionnaire we will contact you in 12 work days at the latest.

  • Your participation is not confirmed until you have received the letter from the encuentro's organizers. If we do not know you personally we reserve the right to ask you some questions to get to know you better. Please, do not buy any airline/train/bus tickets, pay for a hotel or obtain a visa before the confirmation of your registration.
If your registration is not confirmed immediately and we put you in the waiting list, don't think that your turn will never come!
Please, note that in our encuentro we don't follow the first come first served principle. We will always give preference to more experienced/advanced dancers to ensure a good level.
  • Full refund of entry fee until October 1st. If you withdraw for personal reasons after October 1st, the participation fee will not be refunded, we will only refund the cost of the dinner until December 1st.
  • If the situation in the world does not allow us to organize our encuentro, you will be refunded in full.
