If you register as a couple, you both have to fill out the registration form.
- Full refund of entry fee until October 1st. If you withdraw for personal reasons after October 1st, the participation fee will not be refunded, we will only refund the cost of the dinner until December 1st.
- If the situation in the world does not allow us to organize our encuentro, you will receive a full refund.
